Hello everyone!

Today I am here to talk to you about a movie that has been talked about recently: the greatest showman. I have to admit that at first, the movie didn't really catch my attention and I wasn't going to watch it but as the weeks went by the building up of the excitement around it just kept growing and growing and so I decided to give it a chance. I watched it yesterday and wow. It was so much better than I expected it to be and the best part of it all is that the message that comes with it is so much more important. More now than ever.

In case you haven't watched the movie (which I doubt), this is a movie in which this man gathers people from his town that are different, that are usually made fun of and are ashamed of being different and puts them in the spotlight of his circus. He encourages them and helps them become proud of what makes them different. They are all crazy talented and it is so beautiful to watch them progress.

Now, more than ever, we know that we live in a society that likes to judge a lot. Instead of progressing and moving forward, some people seem to be going backward and sticking to the mentality of the last century. This may not be noticeable to those who are considered normal, but for those who are different, instead of being considered special and amazing, they are considered freaks and this is where we have to fight for a change.
We have to fight for progress, we have to accept what is different and embrace it. We have to own it. And, more importantly, we should not be ashamed of who we are. I know that this sounds cheesy but the differences are what makes us unique and special so let's just take that with open arms and use it to make us stand out.

Also, going back to the first subject of this post, the soundtrack of the movie is so great. I always feel so empowered every time I listen to it. It just makes me feel like I can conquer the world and nothing can tear me down. If you are lacking some confidence and power just go and listen to this soundtrack. It is totally worth it.

Never feel ashamed of your true self and show it with pride!
