Today's article will be SO YUMMY, please just take me to an insta food acc because i feel like a chef already. Everytime cook i feel so gourmet, idk about you😂. First thing first, i want to let you know that eating healthy shouldn't be something that you do only for aesthethics, or society, or to impress someone, please do it FOR YOURSELF, do it because you want to feel better with yourself, inside first, then outside.

We constantly get caught in this lie of: "yeah, i do it for my health" and blah blah blah, but when you see or hear how they actually get to their fitness goals or how their daily living is, you realize (at least i do) that they are in a constant competition but not like "a good one" (anyway is it good to be pushing yourself soo hard like there's no tomorrow? ppl we need to chill, we are humans not machines ok).

Taking back the topic, they're always in a competition, they doesn't seem to feel good with what they see, despite of what they say. I'm sorry but i'm tired of listening to ppl say: "reach through your goals" and shit like that (pardon my frech) and you see ppl making vlogs about how healthy they are and then two or five months later...*BOOM* comes a video talking about how shitty they feel. This might not apply to everyone but i'm quite sure that it
does for a big amount of ppl out there.

But that's another topic, i just needed to say it because i'm so damn tired of lies and perfection.

SO today's thing... Healthy, QUICK (for my busy gals) and EASY (for my lazy sisters helloooooooo!!!!) Breakfast ideas.


1. Avocado-Chia Toast.

Okay so you know how you like to eat BUT these are my portions:

-2 slices of whole wheat bread.
-Half an avocado.
-Chia seeds.
-Tomatoes. (optional)


- Avocado absorbs the ultraviolet rays of the sun, preventing them from damaging the retina. It also protects the eyes against degeneration and the appearance of cataracts. Also they are a great source of vitamin E which helps with your skin too!. The good fats it contains help with your heart. Not to mention it helps when it comes to weight loss, an study revealed that a person who consumes avocado have a tinier waist than someone that doesn't.

- Chia is an amazing source of fiber, omega 3, antioxidants, calcium and so many more nutrients!

- Tomato is rich in water, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins A, C, B3 and E and its most abundant mineral sales are potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and small amounts of calcium.

So...what do you think about this one huh?

2. Egg for days.

-Two whole wheat bread slices.
-One or two eggs. (this is optional, just eat an amount you feel good with)
-Avocado (optional)

If you want scrambled eggs, here's what i use:

-1 or two eggs (it depends)
-Pumpkin seeds (optional)
- Dried Cranberries.

Just add all to the eggs and enjoy! it's delicious.


- Egg's protein is the highest of any integral food. Vitamins such as A, B2, B12, D and E.

- Lettuce has vitamins A, group B (B1, B2, B3, B9), C and E. It has minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium, iron or selenium.

- Spinach is rich in water, carbohydrates, fiber, mineral salts: potassium and calcium and in lesser amounts magnesium, iron, phosphorus and sodium and vitamins A, C, E and B9 and low in fat and protein.

- Pumpkin seeds contains high levels of manganese, tryptophan, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, zinc, iron and protein, as well as small amounts of B vitamins and vitamin A.

- Dried cranberries contains vitamin C and fiber.

3. Oatmeal.

Literally my FAV breakfast. I eat oatmeal almost everyday, srsly, i just LOVE IT and i have SO MANY recipes of this one so if you want some oatmeal ideas please make sure to heart it and react with the "😍" emoji OR just send me a message so i can know!. Okay, so no further ado, let's go.

I don't meassure how much oatmeal or water i use but i'll tell you that i use a mason jar.

The size is basically like this one, i eat one filled to the top.

What i use is:

-Water when i run out of Coconut or Almond milk lol. (i love using almond milk)
-Oats ofc.
-4-5 tbsp of honey. (that's the only sweetner i use, that's why i use that quantity of honey, i'm trying to use less lol)
-Chia seeds (optional)
-Cinnamon (optional)

For the toppings:

-Mixed berries.

And i have other toppings combos...you know what to do if you want an article about it babes!


- Oatmeal favor the digestion of starch stabilizing sugar levels, especially after eating. It facilitates intestinal transit and prevents constipation. Insoluble fiber reduces bile acids and decreases their toxic capacity.

- Honey contains several minerals that the body needs, including potassium, magnesium, zinc and iron. Honey naturally contains vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and vitamin C.

Extra Tip:
When you mix apple cider vinegar and raw honey can help you to relieve constipation naturally.

- Cinnamon It is a rich source of magnesium, iron, calcium, fiber and vitamins C and B1. Also helps with your blood sugar levels.

- Nuts contain fats and minerals that help control blood pressure levels and help prevent cardiovascular disease.

- Berries contains vitamins, minerals, fiber, helps regulate blood sugar and accelerates the burning of fat.

4. Strawnana Smoothie Bowl.

What i use for this delicious smoothie:

- 2-3 bananas.
- 5-6 strawberries.
- Vanilla extract.
- Lots of ice.
- Cinnamon. (optional)
- Water/Almond or Coconut Milk.
- 4 mint leaves.
- Chia seeds. (optional)

Just put all in your blender and... lol, just blend it.

For the toppings:

-Mixed berries.

But you can add any fruit you like ofc.


- Banana provide a lot of potassium and pectin (a tyoe of fiber)

- Strawberry contains few fats and few calories, a high content in fiber, Vitamin C, antioxidants, Potassium and folic acid.

- Kiwi reduces stress and nerves, decreases constipation, it serves to lose weight and eliminate fluid retention. It helps digestion, blood circulation, also improve the bone, favors the immune system and fight anemia.

- Mint heals problems of the digestive system. It relieves heartburn, reduces pain and convulsions and is good for fighting nausea and dizziness. Also fights many diseases such as allergic rhinitis,
spasms, colonic and gases, tuberculosis, functional dyspepsia, etc.

- Vanilla can help you noticeably reduce cholesterol levels in your body, contains antioxidants, and can help to heal skin scars.

5. Eggtastic Morning Wrap.

What i use:

- 1-2 eggs.
- Avocado (optional)
- Lettuce.
- Spinach (optional)
- Whole wheat tortilla.
- Chia seeds (optional)
- Tomatoes.

Mix all ingredients and just wrap it up!
