Hi everybody!

I know I haven't posted anything since last year but I just really didn't have time and there was a lot bad going on in so yeah. Speaking of that thru my whole life I was bullied 'cause of my look; I was chubby and people were mean, I was naive and people took advantage of it. Luckily, I had good friends and support from them and my family so I learnt how to deal with it. I know that bullying is a big problem especially now a days when we are free to say our opinion and when we should all be equal that's why I wanted to share this with all of you bullies to be aware that other people also have feeling and that it can be very dangerous because some people might start hating themselves because of you, and for all of you getting bullied I wanted to share things that helped me to get over being bullied and to love myself the way I am. Here we go:

1. IGNORE THE BULLIES

Luckily, I wasn't psychically abused so if the bullies were insulting me I could just easily ignore them and I assure you it would be much more easy to ignore them with your friends witch leads me to number 2...

2. GET SUPPORT FROM YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY

My family was always supporting me no matter what especially in those awful times. My friends were also supportive although most of them (my classmates) were my bullies. It is so much easier to ignore and after all stand up to them, they give you courage at that moments and you feel like you can do anything.

3. WRITE EVERYTHING IN THE DIARY

It really helped me to just let everything out in a diary, there I could write my thoughts and emotions and it worked. It's simple as that and it helps a lot.

4. DO SOMETHING YOU LIKE TO GET DISTRACTED FROM THE BAD THINGS

For me it was listening to music, singing, dancing and sometimes drawing but it can be whatever you enjoy doing. It helps you relax and forget about the things that trouble you while at the same time you are having fun. It also helps playing some sports. I played tennis at the time and it would get all the anger and sadness out of me.

5. TELL SOMEBODY

I didn't do that so much because I was ashamed that if I say something teacher or somebody else I would be called a coward but that was a big mistake. I wish I told somebody at school because the bullying would be finished earlier. Don't make a mistake like me, ask for help and don't be ashamed to do so.

A LITTLE THING TO MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER

You are beautiful no matter what and it takes some time to really think so yourself but I promise you even if you are imperfect in some things, who isn't?
