125 g sugar
125 g flour
1 tsp baking soda
3 tb water
3 eggs

1. Head oven to 200ยฐC
2. Combine eggs and the water and beat it until it is frothy.
3. Now mix all the other ingredients together in one bowl.
4. Bake the Flan Case for 20 minutes

I usually don't make fondant myself. You can buy it in every supermarket

Once the flan case is done, take it out and let it cool. You can fill it with creme like I did. After you're done with everything apply the fondant icing on the cake & start decorating.
