This is day 3 of my workout articles. Check out my day 1 and day 2 workout articles if you want to know how I do my workouts and what they're all about.

NOTE: I always add start jumps as a warm-up and in between each exercise there is a 30-second break.

WARM-UP:

  • 30 star-jumps

WORKOUT - Abs:
This work out listed below is the exercises in the app but I personally feel like 'Superman' does nothing at all and 'sit-ups' I ate doing so I substituted those exercises, you can either do this first set of exercises or the second set - it's up to you."

SET A

  • 28 Abdominal crunches
  • 25 Butt bridge
  • 28 Sit-ups
  • 20 Superman
  • 30 leg raises
  • 60seconds plank

OR

SET B Remember the 30-second break in between each exercise.

  • 28 abdominal crunches
  • 25 butt bridge
  • 28 bicycle
  • 20 bicycle
  • 30 leg raises
  • 60 seconds plank

REMEMBER:

  • To eat well and drink water.
  • This is day 29 of my ab workout on the app, I have already done the majority of the month so far, if you are just beginning this will push you.

I also do yoga before bed. My exercises change depending on what's sore or what needs stretching. I generally do poses for the back and hips.
