Goals, Habits, Lifestyle?

A goal is the object of a person's ambition or effort. A habits is a settled or regular tendency or practice. A lifestyle is the way in which a person or group lives. It takes 1 day to make goals, 21 days to make habits, 90 days to make a life style.

What Goals to Make

  • drink water every time you wake up and before you go to sleep (and somewhere in between)
  • get 7-8 hours of sleep (or 10 hours, same difference)
  • consume less sugar and and eat more veggies (at least one baby carrot a day please)
  • create an exercise routine (start simple)
  • use your phone less (I am currently using a computer)
  • get some fresh air everyday (well a fresh as your is)
  • and be positive (muy importante)

How to Make Them Into Habits

  • remember to do them (get yourself an app if you have to)
  • include them into your routine (in the morning, after school/work, before bed)
  • reward yourself once you have accomplished your goal (not excessively)

Than Lifestyle

Over time the habits will be embedded into your mind therefore transforming your lifestyle. As long as you are motivated to keep it up, you should have no problem.
