Today I decided to post my not-anymore secret vanilla cupcakes recipe. Why? I have no idea.

- two bowls
- a spatula
- a strainer
- glass or cup


- 1 cup of flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 stick of butter (1/2 cup) at room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk (you can replace this ingredient with orange juice, it tastes really good)
- desired vanilla extract ( I usually use 1/2 teaspoon)

  • In the first bowl:

- cream together the sugar and the butter and then add the eggs.

  • In the other bowl incorporate:

- the flour, the salt, and the baking powder by passing them through a strainer.

  • In a glass mix together the milk and vanilla.
  • Gradually, add a portion of the dry mixture and the milk into the other bowl. Mix. Do this repeatedly until everything is well combined.

  • Put the mix into some cupcake paper liners and enter the tray into the oven for about 22 minutes or until the cupcakes are golden.
  • Wait for 10 minutes until you eat them.
