you shoud read these first ;)

It was my little sister. She looked at me, but didn't say a word. I was not in the mood to put up with her so I just ignored her and lit up another cigarette. She just quietly sat down next to me.
"What do you want, Sherri?" I asked as I breathed out the smoke into her face.
She caughed.
"I can't sleep," she whispered.
"Well," I said and looked through the window, "that sure isn't my problem, you see? I can't sleep either but you don't see me coming to your room early in the morning."
She stood up, nervous and a bit scared. I could see her shaking because of the cold air but I didn't do anything about it. I just wanted her out of my room.
"Sorry, I'll go."
I nodded, breathed in the smoke and started staring out the window again. What beautiful colors started painting the sky. First light blue, then purple, pink, orange. The whole sky was a palette of the most beautiful painting in the world. I leaned out the window and enjoyed my favorite part of the day.
But every nice moment has to end, right? This one did too. I finished the cigarette, closed the window and looked at the clock. 05:58. And so it ended.
I got up and put on the ugliest sweater and old jeans. I took a deep breath, looked at my bed one last time and left my room.
