I'm pretty sure near enough everyone loves watching a good movie, on cold days when there's nothing better to do than snuggle up with your favourite blanket while drinking all the coffee your body can consume and throwing on a movie that can put a smile on your face, or have you in floods of tears if you're feeling up for it.

These ten movies all have a huge place in my heart, they either remind me of my childhood, have been favourites for years or newer discoveries that I know I will love for many years to come. Send me a message if you love any of these, or if you have any great suggestions for me to watch!

1. Love, Rosie
This is my all time absolute favourite movie, it manages to put a smile on my face no matter what mood I'm in. If you love British humour or are just a sucker for a good love story, then this movie is for you.

2. Begin Again
This movie is my go to if I want something chilled out, but still amazing. I could it watch over and over again! The movie stars Mark Ruffalo, Kiera Knightley, Adam Levine, James Corden and Hailee Steinfeld so what's not to love? it also has some pretty amazing songs in it too that you'll probably find yourself listening to on repeat.

3. Saving Mr. Banks
If you are a Disney fan then you will adore this movie just as much as I do. Growing up I was never the biggest fan of the story of Mary Poppins, but after watching this movie which is based around that story, my view on it has completely changed. I know that this movie will remain a favourite of mine forever and always has me in tears no matter how many times I watch it.

4. The Greatest Showman
If you still haven't seen this movie then you are truly missing out! I knew this movie would be a favourite as soon as I saw the trailer and listened to the soundtrack for the first time. I've already seen it 3 times in the cinema.. oops, but I seriously love it so much and it certainly lives up to the hype.

5. Roman Holiday
Chances are, if you love old movies then you would have seen at least once in your life. I love literally any movie featuring Audrey Hepburn, I absolutely adore her, but this is by far my favourite movie of hers. This is perfect to watch on a chilled out Sunday after taking a shower, applying a face mask and throwing on some cosy pyjamas.

6. The Princess And The Frog
Tiana is my favourite Disney princess, and this film is so underrated! Everything about it is so beautiful, from the characters to the setting in New Orleans, it's just perfect and you're guaranteed to be singing along to every song before you know it.

7. 10 Things I Hate About You
This has been one of my favourite films ever since I can remember, I just remember watching it for the first time and instantly falling in love with it. Although this is the typical "90's teen" storyline, it still gives me all those emotions I got when I first watched it. Heath Ledger will always have my heart in this movie.

8. Notting Hill
I can't even begin to tell you how much I LOVE this movie. Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant are two of my favourite actors, so this movie won me over straight away. If you love British humour you will love this film.

9. Me Before You
One of the most talked about movies in 2016, and definitely one of the best. If you're a hopeless romantic and are prepared to be in floods of tears by the end of this movie, then it's certainly for you.

10. About Time
Okay so this is definitely a joint favourite with Love, Rosie as I just love them too much. I find so much comfort in watching this movie, I always find myself watching it whenever I'm sad as I know it will lift my mood instantly. The storyline, the actors, the soundtrack, everything about it is 100000% perfect.
