Here are a few things I do once every week or two weeks to de-stress and relax.

Finding some alone time

Making feel good food

Cooking is a great way for me to get my mind off all the stress and focus on what's infront of me. It's usually heathier to cook sth yourself than to buy it. I stick to banana nice cream or brownies if I'm craving a sweet treat and fries or pasta if I'm craving salty food.

Taking a bath

Put on some good music or a podcast and let your mind wander.
