they met on a calm night
brick walls of the ally way
reminded her of her chipped apartment layers

hands touching skin
their minds a mess
she couldn't decide
if it was liked, consensual, good
was she taking advantage of him?
or him of her

soon the sky became blurry
almost as blurry as her vision and mess of a mind
held down by swirls of eyes and stupid smiles
she too soon forgot about those blurry nights
instead she listened to the white lies of a drunken stranger
on that blurry night
