*Ask yourself if that problem/situation is so important (?) : priorities.
*Wonder if that is relevant in the MOMENT n' for your life... is this a waste of time??
*Realize all the options you have if you lose FEARS and insecurities, everyone needs help sometimes.
*Try, try and try and you will GET IT. Or at least you'll get STRONGER and WISER!!! ;)
*Believe in you, (and others).
*Have sources (any kind), IMPROVE yourself in every life area and your efforts EVENTUALLY (and with time) gonna give you what you NEED and DESERVE.
