2017 was my best year yet. And I know that I enjoyed it so much because I finally learned how to love myself.

Why is self love so important?

Self love changes everything. You change your way of seeing, not only yourself, but others as well. I think SELF LOVE is the key to happiness.

1. Love your body/looks
I achieved this realizing that nobody is perfect, and you can be incredibly desirable, even if you don't look like you have Photoshop on you 24/7. And if you don't believe me, we can all agree on Chuck Bass being the sexiest person alive (or close), and he's not exactly perfectly beautiful, but his badass attitude makes him look that way. And all of these people are irresistible and beautiful, and they are real. They are not surrounded by good lighting and makeup artists all the time, so lower your standards because not even they look so perfect in real life.

I mean, it's awesome if you want to have an amazing body, but remember that not even these people, who appear to look flawless all the time, do. And that doesn't change the fact that they are sex bombs.

2. Know your agles
This is key if you like taking pictures of yourself. They remind you that you can look hot as hell, as well as your favorite celebrities. Practice until you find an angle that makes you look amazing. Remember to find a few, so that all of your pictures don't look exactly the same.

4. Dress up and wear accessories that make you look more confident.
Fake it till you make it. Coffee and sunglasses and smiles are my favorite combination. Remember that smiles are the most important accessories. Looking good and happy will help you build confidence.

5. Dedicate yourself some time
Even if it's just one hour... Do it regularly, so that you don't explode in the middle of you exam week or in a bad time.

Apart from this, you can listen to music, watch a movie in bed with a lot of blankets, chocolate and popcorn, do crafts, dressing up and looking georgous, taking pictures of youself or whatever it is that makes YOU calm and happy.

6. Learn to appreciate the things in your life.
Smile more, be grateful, find beauty everywhere you can. If you change your mindset, you will be able to see the potential of life and in YOURSELF. Find out what you have that can make you go places, even if it's experience disguised as a bad thing.
