WHOAS I skipped a few days. It's been really busy. I'm remodeling my room to make it more peaceful and well...me. Tomorrow will make two weeks of doing yoga every morning and yaaaaay. I realize this lol, I almost said episode, I realize this ARTICLE will not be so very eloquent but oh well. I feel good today. My room is coming along and my fitness inspiration board weeeeeeee. I want to get stronger though. Don't get me wrong the yoga has helped a lot and I'm beginning to see some muscle definition in my arms and thighs. My calves have always been pretty sculpted even when I wasn't working out. Anyway I want to speed up the process so I've been looking at weights and upper body workouts.
