Since the New Year, I've been trying to establish a new routine and am getting closer to it with each passing day, so I'd like to share it with you guys!

First things first: Waking up. {8:30am}

Im sure this will sound rather strange but i am intact a morning person, knowing that many of you dread the sound of your alarm clock meaning its time to depart from your warm sheets, but it makes me feel like I'm ready to seize the day and i usually feel more productive when i wake up.

Shower/ Skincare:

Now usually I would do this as soon as i wake up to get all the dirt off of me but its unpredictable how i will get myself sidetracked whether its on my phone or like now (I'm re-dying my hair), so from this point on there won't be any truly specific times for when i do things.
Before I shower I brush my teeth and prepare my clothes for the day which are usually a comfy pair of sweatpants since i very seldom go places. After I shower I go through my skincare which consists of items from The Body Shop:
-Tea Tree Skin Clearing Foam Cleanser: £6.00
-Tea Tree Skin Clearing Facial Wash: £6.50
-Tea Tree Skin Clearing Mattifying Toner: £6.50
-Tea Tree Pore Minimiser: £9.00

Brekkie: Usually quite late in the morning to basically brunch.

Before i start on this section, I am no where near the thinnest person, however, I do TRY to eat healthy although I can't always stick to that path, One day I nay have yoghurt with various fruits such as pomegranate, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries and others i might have a simple bowl of cereal or cinnamon raison bagel with cream cheese.

Since New Years 2017 I made a commitment to myself to start reading more because I love it but just never found the time and even now, in 2018, Im still keeping up with that promise to myself. I am currently reading "Turtles All The Way Down" by John Green.
My (so far) all time favourites are:
- Before I Go To Sleep by S.J Watson
- When Breath Becomes Air by Paul Kalanithi
- The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown

Work Out:

I'm still trying to get used to this new change since I'm so used to just laying in bed watching Netflix with a pile of junk food right by my side but it truly is for the best and by the end of each workout I feel great.
I don't always do full workouts- sometimes I just do some stretches to loosen up my muscles or some yoga.
I enjoy using resistance bands to help tone my body but i also use whatever i can find to give myself a challenge.

One Last Thing: Studying!

My exams are literally right around the corner so Im sure many others have theirs coming up too (those of you in the UK). I have spent so much time making and remaking revision timetables until i finally came to one that works for me, the tip is not to cram everything into one day, and to spread it throughout the week. For the people like me who jet stressed out way too easily i really recommend not only exercising but also meditation, there are plenty of apps on iOS and android to help you get started (and they're free!).
I usually study each of my subjects for one hour each, unless I feel I am really behind in my classes for which i would spend up to two hours.
