We already know there is no formula to live forever, but there are a lot of things we can do to avoid diseases and have good health.
Here are some tips:

Move your body

Even though many people know that doing exercise is good for our health, they don’t do it. Only 30 minutes daily is enough to our bodies. Learn to do stretching exercises when you wake up. It boosts circulation and digestion, and eases back pain.
You also can walk, go jogging or dance your favorite songs.

Doing it everyday makes the difference

Never miss your breakfast

I know it’s hard at the beginning if you don’t have the habit but it is one of the most positive things you can do if you are trying to lose weight. Also breakfast is very important to keep you going through the day.

Drink Water

Don't wait until you are thirsty. Drinking water before taking your meals helps to fill your stomach faster resulting in taking fewer amounts of calories.

Sleep Zzz

The importance of getting enough quality sleep cannot be overstated. Take a good sleep of at least 6 hours every day because less sleep means tiredness and hunger, it even slows your metabolism.

Green Tea

I personally love it. It’s said green tea helps stop cravings and lose weight because it boosts your metabolism. The best thing is green tea doesn’t have any calorie!

Last and most important

Don't go on a "Diet"
Diets are notoriously ineffective, and rarely work well in the long term. Instead of going on a diet, try adopting a healthier lifestyle.

Anyway, these are some of my tips to have a healthier life. I felt better and more energized when I started with them .
