-30g of dark chocolat (90% if you have)
-2 tblsps of almond butter (or any nutts butter)
-3 tblsps of vegetable milk (oat,coconut,almond)
-you can also add stévia/honey/mapplesyrup for more suggar

mix everything until you get a nice cake dough. (in a blender)
cook 15min at 180° (356°F)

-2 tblsps of vanilla extract
-1 egg
-4 tblsps of stévia (or any natural suggar)
-1/2 cup of coconut oil (I think you can try with any other oil)
-1/2 cup of oat flour
-1 tblsps of baking soda
-1 tblsps of cinnamon
-1 pinch of salt
-1/2 cup of Chocolate Chip (dark chocolat of course)

mix all the ingredients and and let stand for 1 hour.
after that cook for 10 minutes at 180 ° (356°F)

banana bread

-3 bananas
-30g of vegetable milk (oat,coconut,almond)
-1 egg
-35g of oat flour
-35g hazelnut / almond powder
-baking powder
-80g of dark chocolat

mix all the ingredients and cook for 30 minutes at 180 ° (356°F) in a cake mold

-1tblsp of matcha tea
-40g of dark chocolat for the topping (it's optional)

this is so easy to make and so fast, this is my favorite breakfast ever

-1 egg
-a little bit of vegetable milk (it's up to you, but be careful not to overdo it)
-oat (I personally put 50-60 g)
-baking powder

cook 2-3 minutes on the micro-waves (see that it is cooked)
after unmolding the cake on a plate and add the topping that you like

#homemade bounty

-165g grated coconut
-20cl of coco cream (coconut milk work to)
-2tblsps of maple syrup
-175g of dark chocolat

mix the grated coconut, the coconut cream, the maple syrup and form bars with the mixture and put them on the fridge for 1hour
after 1hour melt the chocolate and coat the bars with it. let it dry and enjoy!
