Alrighty, doing early morning yoga has got to be the best choice I have ever made. I have been noticing not-so-subtle differences in my flexibility. Suddenly reaching or bending is not hard at all and I never pull muscles while doing it. But aside from flexibility I think getting up and moving that early has sped up my metabolism because I am eating smaller portions but then snacking(healthy) more and I've read that that is a sign of a high metabolism when you eat small portions more often throughout the day. Also my hands and feet always used to get cold for no reason and today I found out that that is a sign of a slow metabolism but now that is suddenly gone as well! Today was enlightening to say the least but it was a long day so I'm going to end this article a little short.
