Hello, my darlings! How's it going? Hope you are having an incredible day. As you can see by the title, today I wanted to share with you some breakfast recipes that are delicious and easy to make. :)

I believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Even if you are in a hurry, that's no excuse for not eating something in the morning. There are a bunch of options for you to make! I will try to give as many ingredients as possible so everyone can choose whatever they prefer. 💕

1. Cereal with milk.

Hahaha lol, I know what you are thinking but let me explain. This meal doesn't have to be boring. You can add different things and adapt it your way.

Options for ingredients: Cranberries, blueberries, almonds, pecan nuts, grated coconut, strawberries, bananas, and raspberries. You can change your cereal for oatmeal and the milk for some greek yogurt. ;)

2. Fruit salads/bowls.

Personally, I don't recommend only eating this. You should have a balance between everything and I think fruit is more like a 'side dish', 'snack' or an 'accompaniment' to your meal.

When i go to a 'Buffet' restaurant or just at home too, I always start my day with a bowl of fruit (watermelon, cantaloupe, papaya, strawberries & bananas) with some greek yogurt and a handful of trail mix. (Dried cranberries, raisins, granola, and amaranth.)

3. Bagels/Sandwiches.

I enjoy eating this either for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can create a variety of options with all the ingredients you want.

My favorite one is with mayo or cream cheese, avocado, tomato, black beans, panela cheese, lettuce/spinach and chicken/chickpeas.

4. Hotcakes or Crepes.

Ok, so the pictures obviously don't look healthy but they do look tasty af, lol. If I could, I would eat hotcakes every morning for the rest of my life.

- 1/2 banana.
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal.
- 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder.
- 1/2 or 1 tablespoon of cinnamon/vanilla extract.
- 1 cup of almond milk. (Use the milk you prefer.)

For the crepes, just don't use the banana and the cinnamon/vanilla extract.

You can add any berries or fruit you want. I love eating them with some Nutella but when I'm in a healthy mood i use maple/agave syrup, honey or jam. ;)

5. Omelet/ Frittata

It's so simple and fast to cook this meal. Again, you can use all the ingredients you want.

Whisk an egg with salt and pepper in a bowl until blended. Heat some butter in a non-stick pan and pour in the egg mixture. Until one side is cooked, flip it, add your ingredients, wait for 1-2 minutes, fold the omelet in half and serve.

I prepare my omelet with cheese, ham, potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes, some peppers, and marinara sauce.
6. Wraps/Burritos.

Grab a tortilla, spread some cream cheese or hummus, add spinach/lettuce, tomatoes, chickpeas/chicken and some marinara/pizza sauce.

If you want a burrito, add some black beans and rice without the marinara sauce.
7. Smoothies.

I'm a BIG fan of smoothies, they are delicious, healthy, fast and easy to make! To be honest, I prefer using water instead of milk.
