Life can be very tough and growing up to love yourself can bring more fuel to the fire, especially if you have a self-doubt. I have always had insecurities about myself, especially about my body. But in the past couple of weeks I have tried to do better, to be better and to be happier. So I am writing this with a purpose to help someone who feels insecure, who has dark thoughts about themselves.

  • DO WHAT YOU LOVE!

I love cycling and reading! You should do what makes you happy for at least half hour a day. It helps to brighten your mood.
  • TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!

Take an hour every day to take a shower, or a warm bath. Try to take care of your skin. You can use all kind of body scrubs and face masks. Taking care of your body, hair and skin will make you be happier and love yourself more.
  • TRY TO WORK OUT FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EVERY DAY & TRY TO EAT HEALTHIER!

It will seem and it will be very hard for you in the beginning ( especially if you haven't done it before ) but at the end you will be grateful for the progress you have made and the results you have got.

Your body will be grateful for the care you are doing! Each exercise you will be making will give you confidence. If you aren't sure what you should be doing, there are many accounts on here you can get ideas and help from.
  • DO NOT COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS!

They aren't you and you aren't them! You're your own masterpiece. Comparing to others, especially to models in magazines is very bad for you. We all know that they are fake anyways.

  • LISTEN TO SOME MUSIC AND DANCE!

Music and dance boost up the mood and confidence.

  • TRY TO KEEP A DIARY!

It is a great opportunity to burst all of your feelings and thoughts.

  • WIPE OUT ALL OF THE NEGATIVE PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE!

Trust me, you don't need them! And you really don't depend on their support.

Each day is a new beginning. Every beginning is a brand new chance! So take it! Take the chance and decide to be happy. And do it! Don't let anyone, or anything to ruin your day. Try it just for a day! At the end of the day shout I DID IT! The next day, do it again. It's you who makes the decision, so decide! Decide to BE HAPPY!
