Hey friends, hello again!

It has been a long time since I wrote an article and in this occasion I want to share with you my 2018 workout routine!

First of all I want to mentioned that this routine is not made by a doctor or trainer, I feel that this routine works better for me, and of course you can follow it, but I recommend you to see which exercises are the best for you♡

1-. Exercises.

My workout routine consist of four different type of exercises:

- Preheating.

To preheat, I like to dance Idk if that's good to warm up, but it works for me, also, I like to combine dance with stretching movements.

- Cardio.

For doing cardio I use an elliptical, and depending of the day I do 10-40 minutes.

- Floor exercises.

Like abs, some yoga positions or butt exercises. for about 20 minutes, depending of the day.

- Weights.

I don't use much weights, maximum 2.5 kg per arm and 2 kg per leg. for about 20 minutes.

2-. Music!

A routine without music is so boring...

3-. Short Tips.

For better success you should:

- Sleep at least 8 hours.
- Drink 2 liters of water per day.
- Balanced diet (the balance of fats, carbs and protein)
- Get cute workout clothes to motivate yourself.
- Do yoga or meditation, for spiritual balance.
- Eat your fiber!
- Smoothies are a good option.
- Try to keep your stress levels as low as possible..
- If your starting in this world of ''workout'', don't push yourself too hard.
- Be patient.
