I'm going to tell the benefits of healthy food and some ideas and tips.

  • Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it gives you energy.

And remember: In the first hour after waking up, your metabolism works fast, so don't put limits to your breakfast!

Your body is more dynamic and less tired, so you can face the day in a better way.

Healthy food helps your brain, it works faster and better. Your studies will be less stressful and more simple. The brain stores up more information in less time.
