I want to devote a whole article to this because it is very important.
A lot of you guys who are struggling most probably feel alone.
You feel like no one will be able to relate to what you are going through.
You feel like you are drowning in darkness alone, all alone.
You feel meaningless.
You feel empty.
You feel numb.
You feel until you cant anymore.

Its all so intense you sometimes forget about everything else, get locked up in your brain, stuck in the same storm over and over again,

And maybe you tried to reach out, you were misunderstood.
Called a drama queen.

But, this does not mean that no one will ever understand.
This only means you reached out to the wrong person.

You think you are alone.
But you aren't.
Trust me you are not.
I want you guys to know that no, no you are not alone...
Others know what you are going through and they feel you...

And this is why I'm starting this, the #YouAreNotAloneProgram.

what you need to do:

Share your story.

Tell me all about your bad experience and of course if I can, I'll try to help as much as possible.
Then, together we will put all your feelings and thoughts into an article.
AND most importantly you will write down any helpful advice you have to get through or any tips that helped you.
Writing the experience down will make others realize they are not alone and the advice, the main point of this, will definitely help others out.

Advice that comes from experience is the most powerful advice.

This will help you.
You will let it out.
And you will help others.
Others will see that they are not alone and your advice might change their lives...

if you want, you can stay anonymous. You can just share your story and advice but no one can know it was you.
or you can just vent to me. I would honestly just love to listen to you and help you in any way possible.
