For as long as i can remember I wanted to lose weight, and become a better version of myself. i had some problems. I didn't have the courage to do it, or how to do it.
So, now i'm bringing you my top 10 ways that worked with me so far.

1- DRINK WATER
I say this is every single article, WATER. It's the way to solve everything basically, just drink water as much as you can.
Best if 2 liters. You can add lemon or anything you want.

2- IT STARTS WITH YOU
Changing yourself, and dieting or losing weight, starts with you, Sit down and ask yourself why you want to do it, set goals in your mind and promise to achieve them.

3- WRITE DOWN YOUR GOALS
Buy a new notebook or If you already have one use it, write down your goals for each week, and try your best to achieve them each week, writing your goals down makes them easy to achieve.

4- BUY WORKOUT CLOTHES
If you buy cute workout clothes, you'll feel more motivated to actually get up, wear them and exercise.
Buy a pair or two, and make it colorful as possible.

5- WEIGH YOURSELF
Don't weigh yourself everyday. Usually your weight changes, It could go high one day and low the other.
It's better to weigh yourself every week, at the same time, before breakfast and after going to the bathroom.

6- EAT IN A SMALL PLATE
it sounds weird, but it has shown that people eat less calories, when they eat in small plates.

7- EXERCISE MORE
Open YouTube, and watch workouts.
OR
download apps that have exercising plans and stick with them.
Workout 3 or 4 times a week.

8- DRINK GREEN TEA
As much as i hate green tea, I found it a pretty good way to burn fat,
And green tea contains small amounts of caffeine.

9- GET 8 HOURS OF SLEEP
Your body needs sleep, so it can go through your diet, and not feel tired causing you to feel tired.

10- EAT VEGETABLES AND FRUITS
Vegetables and fruits contain a few calories, but have a lot of fiber and protein, also they are very rich in water.
So instead of chocolate, have your favorite kid of fruit.

BONUS:
-Don't eat junk food.
-Avoid fried food.
-Avoid bottled juice.
-Drink less soda.
-Accept yourself.
-Don't over think It
-You are beautiful just the way you are.
