This is my first article.

1. Control your ideas and thoughts.
'ALWAYS BE POSITIVE' sounds cliché but believe me it really works. Try to divert your mind to something that makes you happy and day by day it will make you stronger than ever.
For instance good time spent with your family, best friends or even with your pets. Another way to help you overcome bad and negative ideas is to write down and list all things that makes you feel alive and blessed.
Maybe that'll take time but you'll heal
Also, while browsing/ posting quotes or posts always search for something motivational, happiness posts like these.

2. Your priorities
Yes, it's important to set your priorities straight. -Do what you think is best for yourself.Focus on in your life. Oh yes, I forgot to tell you people if you think there needs to be a big change in your life, do it.
so don't feel bad if you want new changes or adjustments.
And most importantly, even if it seems difficult to do it at this point in your life, try to achieve your goals as a small step means a lot and you'll be successful in life. (uni, work, family) Never let anyone bring you down. You can do it! Dream big.

3. Your music playlist
Start listening to good music that makes you feel alive and strong.
Try to avoid listening to sad and depressing songs.

4. This one

Simply put, we don’t need to know what everyone else is up to. We’re allowed to be choosy about who we surround ourselves with online and in real life, even if it might hurt people’s feelings. ❞

6. Change the way you see life
Never let a mistake done in the past tear you down. Just know that you're growing and evolving into a more confident and better person who's full of love, happiness and is grateful. View yourself as a magnet who can attract people and make their lives better. At times, it's okay to take others' perspectives into consideration.
