1. be grateful for what you have, and work for what you want ♡
- DO YOU WANT STRAIGHT A's? work for it.
DO YOU WANT TO BE A DOCTOR? work for it.
DO YOU WANT TO BE IN YOUR DREAM BODY? work for it.
whatever your goal is, work hard for it or nothing would happen at all! doesn't matter if the goal is big or small.
just think about how successful your future would be if keep on going.

- SMILEEE EMBRACE THOSE BEAUTIFUL TEETH! 😁 smile even at strangers! don't look down pretending you're on your phone trying to avoid eye contact. just smile, a little smile wouldn't hurt.
a smile is like a drug, it makes people happy and feel good, and you seem more approchable. :)
if you dislike your smile then that's not ok because your smile is beautiful and unique. but, i guess you can still smile with your lips if you're not comfortable showing off those beautiful white teeth.💓

10. give out compliments ♡
most people looooooove compliments, same with me i'd love you forever if you said i smelled good or something weird like that. like give me any compliment and i'll take it😂
compliments just make people feel good about themselves, and it'll make you feel good about yourself as well because you're being a kind person, and so once you see them smile you'll feel accomplished.

but, some people wouldn't know how to react, but that's ok! trust me they're very thankful for what you said, so give out compliments to everyone. :))

okayy, i'm not fully finished yet. there's one more part, which is pt. 2 coming out in about idk i can't tell the future, hopefully in 1 - 2 more days. because i don't have the energy to spend hours on another article today, and i could already feel my raccoon eyes coming in from staying up doing this.
