Just forgive yourself if you don't feel okay.
There are days when you just feel mad at yourself for no reason. And this is what i felt for the past few days.

This anger doesn't let you move. It doesn't make you want to get up. It doesn't make you want to eat. It just doesn't make you want to do anything.

Accept that there are days like this. and It's Okay.

It's okay to be lazy once in a while.
It's okay to binge because you're upset.
It's okay to be quiet and shut people down sometimes.
It's okay to completely do nothing for a whole day. To think about nothing.
It's okay if things don't turn out the way you planned it to be.
It's okay if you want to be alone
It's okay if you're tired.

You're human.
Accept yourself.
Accept your insecurities and imperfections.

Life isn't supposed to be perfect.
It's supposed to be REAL.
