Hello! Today, I wanted to share some of the most frequent foods that I binge eat. To be more specific, these are the healthy foods that I frequently consume when I'm bored or hungry.

1. Raspberries.

As a child I hated raspberries because I thought they were sour, but as I grew up I started to eat them more frequently because I began to like the taste.

2. Sharon Fruit.

I honestly have no idea where this fruit originated from but you're meant to eat it the way you'd eat an apple but the taste is absolutely delicious.

3. Spinach.

In my opinion, Spinach doesn't have a big taste at all, however I like it because it provides water and it's easy to snack on.

4. Avocado.

Normally, once I've removed the skin and pip I slice the avocado then place it on a plate and eat it quickly because it can turn brown if it's left out for too long.

5. Dragon Fruit.

Generally can't even express how amazing this tastes, I'd defiantly consider it the best fruit ever.

6. Strawberries.

I don't know if is just me but strawberries were my childhood, I'd have some every week in school.

7. Blueberries and Bananas.

I think these two fruits as a combination taste amazing.

8. Kale.

Generally, Kale is very easy to snack on, incredibly beneficial and rather tasty.

9. Mango.

This is another fruit I've been eating since I was child.

10. Figs.

I've also been eating these since I was a young child and they taste really sweet.

Also, I eat a lot of ice. I go into the freezer, grab some ice, put it in a cup and eat it before it melts. It's a good way to cool down if it's hot outside during summer.
