Welcome back to another article.Today i am writing about how to start a healthy lifestyle.This doesn't means that you have to be very strict with yourself and cut down on sugar and carbs immediately and work out every day.The thing that i am trying to say is that if you want to start a healthy lifestyle then you can eat whatever you want but in small amounts and just do it for yourself!!

1.Drink water

Drinking water has a lot of benefits.For example it will be boost your metabolism and your skin will be FLAWLESS.What is more,water is an excellent detoxifier.I t is said that we have to drink at least 1.5 litres or 2 litres.

2.Have a healthy breakfast

It is very important to have a tasty and at the same time healthy meal to start your day right.A good choices are oatmeal or a bowl of cereal.

3.Stay active

Being active doesn't mean that you have to workout 2 hours a day.It means that you can go for walking or running.And obviously there are a ton of youtube videos for working out at home without equipment.

4.Get some rest

It is vital to sleep at least 7-8 hours everyday.I know it's hard with all the homework and the stuff that we need to get done but after getting some good quality sleep you will feel refreshed and ready to slay the day.

5.Treat yourself

I truly believe that you cannot start a healthy an new lifestyle if you do not love and take care of yourself.Take a bath,buy some flowers,read a good book and relax from the madness of the life.
