1. Manage your time wisely xo
Every day has 24 hours. Time doesn’t change, but it is up to us what we do with the time we have. How well you manage your time will determinate how much you can achieve. First ask yourself when you are the most productive. That way you know that the most important tasks of your day should be worked on that period of time. Write out a schedule and stick to it as much as you can. But don’t forget to make time also for things you love doing. It’s all about the balance! Make time for your hobbies such as journaling, reading, dancing, working out, drawing… We all need a break sometimes, and scheduling a specific time of the day just for yourself will ensure you have that deserved leisure time.

2. Make a to do list everyday xo
Every night, make a to-do list for the next day. It can be a random sheet of paper you found near you, it could be your planner/bullet journal, or even the notes section on your phone. It doesn’t really matter. By doing this right before bed, you will feel more relaxed and light weighted, as now your tasks and worries are on the paper, not your head. The next day, check your to-do list and select your main three tasks, the ones that have to get done. Work on those first and then make your way to the others. Every time you get something done, cross it over, as it will help you visualize all the things you have accomplished already in the day, that way you will keep yourself motivated to keep being productive and getting stuff done.

3. Clean environment, clear mind xo
A cluttered space leads to a cluttered mind. You should always try to keep your space organized, that way when you just wake up or get home after a long day, everything looks nice and clean. This will help you to be more productive as you will be less distracted by your surroundings. Two good habits to incorporate to your morning and night routine is tidying up your room every night and make your bed right when you wake up. This way it is going to become way easier to maintain a clean space to work on.

4. Track your progress xo
It is really common to feel hopeless when working towards a goal which benefits can’t be seen right away. By tracking your progress, you will track every little step forward you have taken and stay motivated. Incorporate daily goals that will help you work towards those long-term goals. Tracking your progress will also allow you to make any changes along the way if needed to.

For example, if you are trying to lose weight/get fit, take pictures every week, you will start noticing those little changes on your body and keep you motivated to keep working. If you are writing a book, a report or anything really, track how many chapters, pages, etc you have done, that way you will focus on how much you have already accomplish instead on focusing how much is left.

Another great idea is to create a vision board to help you visualize your goals. I personally made mine here on WHI, I keep updating it hoping that in a few months I will see an image and think, I did that, what I wanted months ago, I have accomplished. Your goals today are your future achievements. So keep checking your vision board to remind yourself why you want everything that’s there

5. Get motivated/inspired xo
We all need a little bit of help to keep motivated and inspired somedays. There are so many things you can do. I love quotes for example, I think they help me put things into words when I’m not able to do so myself. But also, there are tons of good books, podcasts, or even youtubers that do a great job of just be that little voice in your head that tells you to keep going.

Alright love ya boss babes, mwah xx
