Let's be real, smoothie lifts our mood up and boosts our energy level. It is almost the best thing in the world! So here are some recipes that I like and use a lot of times.

Raspberry Peach Smoothie

I love the idea of mixing those 2 fruits together and when you try it I hope you like it as much as I do!

1 cup frozen raspberries
¾ cup chopped fresh peaches
¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
⅓ cup vanilla almond

STEP 1: Place all ingredients into blender (liquid ingredients first).
STEP 2: Blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Scrap down sides and blend for another 30 seconds.
STEP 3: Serve and enjoy!

Pineapple And Avocado Smoothie

I know it doesn't look appealing to some of you but, remember, looks aren't everything! Enjoy with every sip!

1 pineapple, about 600g after peeled and core removed
1 large Hass avocado, about 250g of flesh
250ml pineapple juice
juice of 1 lime
15 ml honey [optional]

I like to add honey because it's healthier and sweeter that way, but you can totally skip that step.

STEP 1: Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and process until smooth.
STEP 2: Serve and enjoy!

Mango Lime Smoothie

What I like about this smoothie the most is the fact that it's Vegetarian and Gluten Free!!! So sip ti and enjoy it!

Juice of 1 small or 1/2 a large lime
2 cups (450g) fresh mango chunks
1 cup (200g) ice cubes
2 tbsp agave nectar/honey/sweetener (You may not need any, depends on the sweetness of the mango.)

STEP 1: Place lime juice, mango chunks and ice into a blender and pulse until smooth.
STEP 2: Taste and then add sweetener of choice, if using. Pulse until blended.
STEP 3: Divide between 1 large, or 2 small glasses and serve immediately.
STEP 4: Enjoy!
