❁ Paint my nails ( i have to paint my nails because if my nails are not painted i bite them. i know gross.. don't judge me)

♡ live a healthier life

a healthier life doesn't mean you have to go on a strict diet. Truly you just need to fall in love with taking care of yourself. Stay hydrated, move, eat, sleep. Decide what you want and work on that shit every day.

Your diet should be colourful. Full of greens, berries, vegetables, proteins and carbs

Move more! go for a run / / walk. I love running while listening to music it gives me energy.

with food try substituting "unhealthy" foods to better healthier foods, for example:

chips - popcorn ( no butter )
candy - dried fruit / / berries ( strawberries are my fav )
ice cream - banana ice cream ( put frozen bananas and a tiny bit of milk into a blender and blend until it has an ice cream consistency and more milk between blending if necessary )
