Hey guys!
This is the best chocolate chip cookies you will ever come across. This recipe is so easy as well. So in my opinion, you are doomed to bake these when you got the chance!
Good baking :)

(The recipe is in grams (g) and deciliters (dl) at the top, and it will come in ounces (oz) at the end later.)

5.5 dl flour
1.25 dl oatmeal
130 g of room tempered butter / margarine
1.5 dl sugar
2 tsp bakingpowder
0.5 tsp salt
1 egg
0.5 dl milk
40 g (about 2 tsp) syrup
190 g light chocolate, chopped

For dipping:
200 g light chocolate

➵ Mix flour, oatmeal, butter, sugar, baking soda and salt to make it like small breadcrumbs. Then add eggs, milk and syrup and stir to a dough. Finally, mix the chopped chocolate.
➵ Roll the dough gently in one long roll or in several small rolls, approx. 5-7 cm in diameter. Place the dough rolls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut the dough into slices (about 1 cm thick) and place the slices on a baking sheet with baking paper.
➵ Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Then lower the temperature to 175 degrees and bake the cookies for 10-15 minutes. Let them cool.
➵ The dipping:
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. When the chocolate is completely melted, dip the bottom of the baked and cooled cookies into the chocolate. Let the cookies lie in the refrigerator until the chocolate has stiffened and cooled.

➵ Eat as much as you want ;)
