Hi! I recently have made the decision to stop drinking soda, and sometimes you just need some other forms of caffeine in a natural forms. Enjoy!

1) Coffee Beans

There are 95mg of natural caffeine in an 8oz cup of coffee made from coffee beans.

2) Kola Nuts

I'm not really sure how many mg of caffeine there is in these, but Kola nuts are one of the main sources of caffeine in Coca- Cola. They changed the K to a C for marketing purposes. Who knew?!?!?

3) Dark chocolate

This is a natural source of caffeine, but it is just a small amount. There is only 10 mg of caffeine, but it is very tasty and healthy snack.

4) Kombucha

I'm not really sure how to describe it, but it is a kind of like a culture of bacteria, and fermented tea. It comes in a wide variety of flavors and sweetnesses.

5) Black Tea

This has 80mg of caffeine in it, per cup. Drinking black tea regularly, can lower your risk of diabetes.
