1. identify where your dysphoria is: is it your body, your hair, your clothes. just figure out what causes dysphoria

2. get a masculine haircut

3. buy and wear some masculine clothes, if you dont have a binder or surgeries then wear a shirt a little more baggy to hide your chest

4. use a chest binder if you can afford it

5. use a packer, again if you can afford it

6. voice, i cannot stress this enough, work with your voice everyday and practice before you go out to make sure you have a deep voice

7. learn about how guys act, pick up masculine manners and acts
