Hey guys!
Here are some little tricks on how to improve your confidence!!!!

1) Challenge yourself everyday.
When you challenge yourself, you’re saying to your subconscious ‘’I’m worth the risk’’.

2) Accept your failures and GROW from them: Do not be ASHAMED by them.
As fucked up as it seems, some of us do stupid thangs! In fact, everyone does. Some people just don’t want to admit it or don’t realize it. It’s our nature to not be perfect and it’s okay to fuck things up. Apologize. Do better. Grow. And forgive yourself unconditionally.

3) Get to know yourself a little more.
Ask yourself questions. Try new things. Meditate. You don’t have to isolate yourself in the process.

4) Make yourself a priority. Understand that some people aren’t meant to be in your life if they are toxic. You will not be the bad guy to chose what’s good for you. Self-love is unapologetic.

5) Make compliments. Don't be shy to tell this girl she has cute hair or that you love her personnality. Show love.

5) Do things that will make you feel pretty. Like taking selfies. Buying yourself flowers. Wearing nice clothes and perfume or makeup. Go put a nice face mask on and light candles. Do nice things to yourself. It doesn’t have to be cliché. I feel at my better self with a bralette and shorts eating chips in a couch while watching a funny show. I mean, as long as you feel good in your skin…

6) Laugh at yourself (and not in a mean or destructive way). Learn to not be embarrassed by yourself when you do something silly and just say ‘’WOW well that was awkward hahhahahahahahah’’ AND MOVE ON. Iss okay boo. Just laugh it out and let it go.

7) Speak good to yourself – like the way you would speak to your best friend or lover. Your thoughts and the way you deal with yourself will help you a lot with self-love. And it’s not about having ‘’pure’’ thoughts - I personally don’t believe in this. But I do believe in positivity. It’s just about recognizing WHEN you’re sabotaging yourself. If you look at the mirror every morning and say to yourself ‘’How pitiful you are’’, you’re nourishing your brain with this idea. Break the cycle.

SELF-LOVE IS A JOURNEY AND IT TAKES UPS AND DOWNS. DON’T GIVE UP ON YOURSELF. I BELIEVE IN YOU. ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE LOVED.
