Snape’s and McGonagall’s dual. The mere hesitation to even put his wand up against a Professor—one of his Professors that he’s know since childhood. He only uses defensive spells because he didn’t want to fight her. Snape not only deflects McGonagall's attack but uses it to take down Alecto and Amycus in a single armwave behind his visual field so they couldn’t retaliate and hurt her. Snape’s done some inexplicably terrible things in his lifetime, but for this one moment he redeemed a part of his humanity.

Invisibility Cloak, Resurrection Stone, or Elder Wand?

This may be a very Ravenclaw answer, but I’d take the resurrection stone so I could resurrect the wanting spirits of deceased witches and wizards and have them roam around Hogwarts, a museum, my home, or just wherever they want. They’d be walking history books with first hand accounts of the even the most obscure events. As a history buff, this would be a dream come true.
