So first thing first I wake up at 5 a.m. so i can have a calm and relaxing morning.

Then i go to the bathroom and take a quick shower and moisturize my all body and face and get dress.

Right after that i stretch and meditate, this really helps me with anxiety and if you have it too i recommend you to start doing this in the morning before going to chaos that is the world.

Now my favourite time: Breakfast! I really recommend you to have a big healthy breakfast because this will effect your day, a bad alimentation can make you feel tired and sleepy. While i’m having breakfast i ear to some podcast.

Okay it’s time to leave so i go to bathroom and wash my teeth, put some perfume and put my shoes on.

And that’t it my morning routine, very simple and very calm :)
