ღ INGREDIENTS

~、 1 x Can of Coconut cream (160 ml)
~、 1 x Cup coconut milk
~、 300 Grams of blackberries
~、 2-3 Tablespoon Agave Nectar (or adjust according to your taste)
~、 3-4 Drops of Rose Extract

ღ INSTRUCTIONS

〃、 Add coconut cream in a mixing bowl and beat until it is light and fluffy.

〃、 Add blackberries, rose extract, coconut milk and agave nectar in a blender
and blend until it is smooth.

〃、 Add this mixture to the coconut cream and mix well with a spatula. Transfer
the liquid into popsicle moulds and freeze for at leat 5-6 hours or overnight.

〃、 Remove the mould from freezer 5-10 minutes before serving.
