Hello beautiful!

So we got in to the new year almost two months ago now, and i still want to keep my new year resolution about eating healthy, so this weeks article is about my fav snacks i eat all the time (during school, homework, before workout etc.)

1. Avocado toast

This i maybe not that much of a snack, but it is PERFECT before a workout!

Ingredients:

  • A piece of toast (i prefer wholegrain)
  • A ¼ avocado
  • Salt & pepper
  • Any kind of extra topping (i like sliced almonds)

How:

  • Mash the avocado on the bread
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Add any kind of extra topping

2. Greek yoghurt w. topping

so this could also go as a meal but i just like to eat a small portion instead and then it works like a great snack.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of Greek yoghurt
  • ½ teaspoon of chia seeds
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Any kind of cereal or muesli (without sugar)

How:
yeah i think you know how to put things in a bowl..

3. Apple slices w. dip

This is a perfect and tasty snack that i always eat while i do homework, watch youtube etc.

Ingredients:

  • 1 - 2 apple(s)

Dip no. 1:

  • 100% peanut butter

Dip no. 2:

  • 1 handful chickpeas
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon raw cashew butter
  • A nip salt
  • A couple drops of sunflower oil
  • Extra spices if needed

How:
Dip no 2:
Add all of the Ingredients to a food processor and volia! your own cinnamon-apple hummus

4. BBQ broccoli & cauliflower

This is a really healthy way to get veggies and it taste sooooo good!

Ingredients:

  • Broccoli (as much as you want)
  • Cauliflower (as much as you want)
  • Barbecue spice powder
  • Olive oil

How:
Preheat the oven on 425° F. Chop your broccoli and cauliflower. Put the veggies on a jelly roll pan. Apply olive oil and barbecue spice. Bake 30-40 minutes. Let them cool and eat or store in the fridge.

5. Carrots & bell peppers W. aioli

This is personally my favorite. I just love the aioli and the veggies as a combination + it is perfect for on the go.

Ingredients:

  • Carrots
  • Bell peppers
  • Aioli

How:
Chop, dip, yum.
