The sum of chemical reactions that takes place in the body's cells. Simply, Metabolism converts what we eat & drink into energy through which we do everything ;walking,moving,thinking & talking etc.

Boost Your Metabolism

1. Hight intensity Exercise

Try high intensity exercises, it will help you in boosting your metabolism. Push yourself a little more. Do 5-10 minutes jogging during a regular walk. Do your regular exercise and just for 30-60 seconds speed up.

2. Stay Hydrated

Drink more & more water. Dehydration leads to low metabolism. Stay hydrated & Try to drink a glass water before every meal.

3. Eat a Healthy breakfast

Eat healthy and high protein breakfast daily. It will also speed up your metabolism.

4. High Protein & Iron rich Foods

High protein foods also speed up metabolism and help us in burning more calories. Add protein in your every meal. High protein foods are chicken, lean meat , fish and eggs etc. Rich Iron Foods are apricot , fig and broccoli etc.

5. Black Coffee & Green Tea

Black coffee and green tea also helps in speeding up metabolism.
Don't drink coffee at night. It refuels your body & brain, it will make you stay up all night. It will also affect your sleep. Green tea is preferable at night, you can drink it any time.

6. Small & Healthy meals

Small & healthy meals after 2-4 hours will help you in boosting metabolism. Choose 6 small healthy meals, it will help you in burning more calories. Choose fresh fruits & vegetables instead of processed or junk food.

7. Eat well & Sleep well

Don't skip meals. Eat small healthy meals & sleep at least for 7-8hours daily. It will also boost you metabolism.
