  • Eat more protein, which is good to maintain muscle tone. Make sure to include fish, chicken and turkey in your diet.
  • Eat fruits and vegetables, which can help reduce the amount of fat that your body stores.
  • Drink water! It keeps your skin hydrated and removes toxins.
  • Avoid high-fat and sugary foods, but also salty foods.

Do easy exercises

  • Walk daily with flat shoes or sneakers. You should walk about 10.000 steps each day.
  • Go running three times a week. It helps burn fat.

For example, you can mix olive oil with coffee powder and apply the mixture on your skin; massage your legs for about 15 minutes and then wash them with water.
