A lack of sleep is a significant cause of stress. Unfortunately I'm a part of the population who sleeps like four hours so here some tips to make this more easy. • Avoid caffeine during the evening • Stop doing any mentally demanding work several hours before going to bed (this will help your brain to calm down). • Try taking a warm bath or read a book

Exercise regularly

Doing a good training for minimum an hour will free your body of stress hormones and also will make you happy.

Eat properly.

Like it or not, stress is a bodily reaction to anything that disturbs its natural state, meaning that your body can have a profound effect on producing and relieving stress. That's why if your stress don't eat trashy food (like me) it's better eat healthy since our body needs to be healthy, strong, happy and properly fueled to help you tackle stress.

Learn to relax.

A difficult one to many and one of the most effectives. Relaxing your body, is a great way to reduce stress. You can start laying down and hear calm and soft music I bet you can find a playlist on spotify, then think of something placid and tranquil, or think of nothing in particular. This won't happen immediately it takes some time but it works.

Do things you love.

Often when you're stressed, you can look at your schedule and see that you are lacking time for doing your favorite activities so it's obviously that you will stress out but don't worry I have the solution. Just set aside at least just ten minutes per day to do what you enjoy. Try picking up a new hobby to help you relieve your stress. If you've always wanted to learn boxing or piano do it!
