Hi hearters,

Here's part 2 of my favorite poems from Rupi Kaur's amazing book "the sun and her flowers".
As always, I hope you'll enjoy them as much as I do.

girl, travel, and mountains image
the hummingbirds tell me
you've changed your hair
i tell them i don't care
while listening to them
describe every detail
- hunger
girl, summer, and sea image
i envy the winds
who still witness you
travel, city, and place image
they leave
and act like it never happend
they come back
and act like they never left
- ghosts

city and girl image
i noticed everything i do not have
summer, beach, and girl image
it felt like you trew me
so far from myself
i've been trying to find my way back ever since
girl, summer, and sea image
the irony of loneliness
is we all feel it
at the same time
- together

couple image
never feel quilty for starting again
couple, love, and paris image
when you start loving someone new
you laugh of the indecisiveness of love
remember when you were sure
the last one was the one
and now here you are
redifining the one alle over again
- a fresh love is a gift
couple, love, and nature image
they should feel like home
a place that grounds your life
where you go to take the day off
- the one

girl, luxury, and travel image
learning not to envy
someone else's blessing
is what grace looks like
girl, travel, and summer image
take the compliment
do not shy away from
another thing that belongs to you

Thanks for reading! If you love these poems just as much as me, keep an eye out for part 3.

lots of love,
