3-ingredient healthy raw vegan brownies, super chocolaty, fudgy and yummyyy!

I love brownies and I crave them a lot, especially at eleven p.m. while watching Gossip Girl. So they have to be easy and fast to make while not containing tons of refined sugar and being vegan. Since turning on the oven and waiting 30 minutes for the brownies to be done would be too much work, they also have to be edible without baking them.

Here's the recipe:

  • 2 cups of dates
  • 1 cup of almond flour / ground almonds
  • 1/3 cup of cocoa powder (unsweetened)

Just put it all in your food processor and blend it until there's kind of a paste. If you have enough time, let the dates soak in hot water for a few minutes before blending them and add the cocoa and almond flour afterwards.

You can top your brownies with whatever you have at home. More cocoa powder, berries, nuts, bananas, chocolate sauce, caramel, cookies (Oreos are vegan),...

It would be best to put them in the freezer or at least in the fridge for a bit so that they're not so sticky but I always end up eating them right away.
