Hello everyone. This week I found out that I lost 2 kg. Yayy. So my nutrition is going well so as my living active policy.
Today I want to talk about something that really bothers me. In my gym, I asked one of the coaches to write me a programme. I told him a little about me; what I like to do, what I hate, my health conditions my goals and stuff. But he wrote a programme against all of that stuff. I am not doing that now. Because you know what, you don't deserve something like this. It is rude and it makes you hate the gym.

You should work out according to your goals, likes, wishes. This is your body. You decide if you want more muscles or less fat ratio and no one has a right to force you into something you don't want to do. I know a little about gym, sport, and health because I am doing sport since my childhood. I am not saying deny to get help from an expert. No just build your programme around you. There is a great saying which is kind of like my motto. I hope it summons my words.
Find 3 hobbies you love: One to make you money, one to keep you in shape and one to be creative.

You don't have to run because everyone tells you to. You don't have to lift. There are many ways to achieve your goal so choose the best one for you. Do ice skating, play tennis, dance, swim, do yoga, go to kick boxing, do a HIIT programe or don't.
You choose, find your hobbies and enjoy the process.
