First of all I'd like to thank you for all the great feedback I received for my last two articles ☺ this community is full of so many inspiring and amazing people ☻ I'm so lucky to be part of it!

As many of you may already know one of my new year's resolutions is to eat healthier, so I'm currently following this meal plan. If you'd like to follow me on my "healthy journey" here you are what I eat on Monday.


breakfast, healthy, and dieta image
3 rusks + jam + tea

Morning snack

coconut, diet, and exotic image
125 g yogurt. At the moment I'm loving coconut yogurt ♥


bbq, happy, and colorful image
50 g rice + 200g gilled veggies of your choice (today I had aubergines) + 20g whole wheat bread + 1 orange

Afternoon snack

biscuit, Cookies, and grain image
20g whole wheat biscuits + tea of your choice The strawberry and mango one by Twinings is one of my absolute favourite ♥


food, healthy, and salad image
120 g chicken breast + 200g tomatoes + 1 apple
I think the type of food you eat can really make the difference in you life because since I've been following this meal plan I do really feel better, more calm and full of energy.
