Hello! Today I decided to share some ideas for breakfast. If you don’t eat breakfast daily, you should start. These breakfast ideas will make you mouth water.

1. Acai Bowl

If you're not making Acai Bowls for your family, now is the time to start! What is an acai bowl? To me, it's basically a smoothie bowl, and to my kids it's one of their favorite nutritious breakfast recipes. In Los Angeles there are restaurants that serve only acai bowls with all of the accompaniments. They're that good!

2. Strawberry Peach Smoothie

This is a super quick, easy smoothie. Basically, you just need strawberries, frozen peaches, milk, plain greek yogurt, and honey. Then all you need to do is place all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth!

3. Egg McMuffin

Toasted English muffins stacked with ham, cheddar cheese and fresh Safest Choice Eggs are a massively exciting breakfast treat for anyone whether they’re used to staying home or going out. When you use quality ingredients, these sandwiches are better than anything you would eat out and the best part is they take no time to prepare!

4. Berry Oatmeal

Breakfast means business around here! While our kids enjoy parfaits or Happy Eggs, we generally make warm breakfasts like pancakes, Waffle French Toast or Crispy Eggs. I really only serve cold cereal a few times a year as the kids prefer hot cereals like Berry Delicious Oatmeal. It's one of the easiest, most nutritious breakfast recipes to make when you literally have 5 minutes to cook and keeps happy bellies and moods all around.

5. Smoothie Your Way

Honestly, this is one of my favorites.Recently, I added this breakfast recipe to my rotation and it has quickly become one of our new favorites. I call it Smoothie Your Way because the recipe all depends on what you've got sitting in your fridge or freezer or the things your kids enjoy the most. I've listed the basic formula for one serving, but don't let it stop from you improvising to make it just the way your family likes it best. And since you can always change up the ingredients, you never again have to worry about getting into a breakfast idea rut. Each day can truly be your way!
- 1 banana
- 1 Cup Fruit (of your choice fresh or frozen such as mango, berries,
papaya, pineapple or cherries)
- 1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt or Kefir
- 1/2 Cup milk (I like to use vanilla rice or almond milk)

This is all for today. Thanks everyone for reading!

If you haven’t yet, fix it😋
