Guys, why do you still eat meat ?

Yeahh, another article by a crazy vegan! Because the world needs annoying people like us to show others what is the truth. But the fact is, a lot of people know the truth, but still want to eat meat so they just trow at us non-valid arguments so here they are :

1. We need to eat meat

Damn, who told you that ? Well, in general, modern-day vegetarians are as healthy as their meat-eating counterparts and actually have lower rates of heart disease. Lack of calcium can be addressed by eating collard greens, or tofu, for instance and a scarcity of vitamin B12 is easily addressed by taking supplements. Plus, do you really think McDonald is healthy ? I don't think so !

2. But.. but plants have feelings too !

Do I really need to comment on that one ?

''Telling vegans they should eat meat because “plants feel pain too” makes sense just about like telling thieves they should commit a murder because stealing is also against the law.''

Thank you Google !

3. BACON !!!

You see that animal ? It's not fucking bacon. It's a pig. Why don't you try to kill him yourself ? But yeah, I don't think you can. The thing is, that pig is probably smarter than your dog, cat, fish, mouse, bird. I need Google's help once more :

''Pigs like to play. They're smart. They have good long-term memories, and they can be socially manipulative with other pigs. They can tell which people are nice to them and which aren't. They're also able to distinguish between pigs they know and pigs that are strangers.''

Why don't you just eat some waffles for breakfast ?

4. It's my personal choice, I do what I want

That's the definition of liberty by a 10 years old child. You can't do what you want if this cause the death of sentient beings and the destruction of the planet. That's all.

If you felt personally attacked, I'm pleased. Euh, I mean, I'm sorry! Let's end this article on inspiring citations :

“If slaughterhouses had glass walls, the whole world would be vegetarian.”
“If you want to test cosmetics, why do it on some poor animal who hasn't done anything? They should use prisoners who have been convicted of murder or rape instead. So, rather than seeing if perfume irritates a bunny rabbit's eyes, they should throw it in Charles Manson's eyes and ask him if it hurts.”
“Being vegan is easy. Are there social pressures that encourage you to continue to eat, wear, and use animal products? Of course there are. But in a patriarchal, racist, homophobic, and ableist society, there are social pressures to participate and engage in sexism, racism, homophobia, and ableism. At some point, you have to decide who you are and what matters morally to you. And once you decide that you regard victimizing vulnerable nonhumans is not morally acceptable, it is easy to go and stay vegan”
