We often forget that we are living a life,one life. We forget to participate in it. Some of us may not even want to participate. But there's only one life, so why not leave the past where it belongs, and live in the present? Why not enjoy, or at least try to make the best of it?

I'm making this article to help myself too, because I need to be reminded that there are things I can actually do when I find myself lying around in my bed for days and feeling miserable.
I'm sure I'm not the only one.
But I get it, sometimes it's hard getting trying out new things or getting out of bed.

Here's what we can do about it:

1. Join a book club._

2. Or just read a new book.

3. Make a new friend.

4. Or just talk to someone.

5. Go to the gym.

6. Or try working out at home.Even if it means on your bed.

7. Paint your nails the bold color you always wanted to try.

8. Or just paint them the color you love.

9. Plan a party.

10. Or go to another person's party,go out/stay in with your friends etc..
